This is one of my very favorite folds because I like to give gift cards as gifts.
Super simple to make! Here are some helpful hints:
- Card is 4 1/4″ x 11″
- Score at 5 1/2″ and 9″
- Gingerbread is Soft Suede ink on Crumb Cake cardstock
- Coffee rings are Crumb Cake ink (some full strenth, some stamped off to make it lighter)
- Take a “bite” out of the gingerbread’s head by using a small scalloped framelit die
- Window sheet is attached by using a SMALL amount of Snail right across the bottom edge of Window Sheet
- Punch the circle on the flap where the gift card goes BEFORE you adhere the top edges
- When you adhere the flap for the gift card (inside) use Tear & Tape Adhesive just on the top two edges (or else the card won’t slide in and out)
- You can’t see this in the photo, but I curled the gingerbread’s arm so it’s kind of reaching around the cup
- ENJOY!
Enjoy – I sure am! The bite out of the gingerbread man made me smile with the inside sentiment. Love this. I hope you don’t mind if I CASE this as it is a winner in my book. I have made the fold for the gift card but your decorating brought it up a notch!
