This morning was SO MUCH FUN!!! Four stamping friends and I got together and made some Halloween projects. We all brought one project plus all the supplies to make it, and we sat and stamped all morning! It was espcially fun for me because I am usually on the “teacher” side of the table. This time I got to be on the “student” side of the table!! FUN FUN!
The rootbeer soda bottle was a GIFT from Tammy! She had already made and assembled these for us. What a treat! I LOVE this idea, and thank you so much, Tammy! (You can buy the jumbo rootbeers at Fry’s)
The little candy holder infront of it was the project I made. You can put candy inside this container, or a small gift. Email me if you would like the pattern to this candy box. I’m happy to share! (Originally found this pattern on Splitcoast)
The pumpkin box treat holder was brought by Karen. I LOVE how the shape of the box is like the shape of the pumpkin! VERY CLEVER! She even brought treats to fill the box with, so we just HAD to make a YUM YUM tag for it. Isn’t it darling? Very creative.
Nancy made the cute little Frankenstein can that holds a gift or treat. The bottom lid is taken off (with a Pampered Chef opener, no sharp edges). Then we decorated the can up and filled it with treats. Last but not least we glued the bottom back on. Now when I give it away, all they have to do is pop the top open and VOILA! Treats inside! I love the nuts and bolts roller we used to go with the theme of this.
The next card with the filmstrip on it was brought by Tammy. That is a REAL negative from a camera!!!! Isn’t that a unique idea? We also have those plastic spiders attached to the front. It is a ring with the ring part cut off. This is definitely a 3-D card!!! I love this idea and Tammy does such great work!
The mummy card was made by Sandy, our hostess. I just love the cute simplicity of this card (but it did take some time to make it!) There are layers of cardstock to make the “wrap” and large google eyes peeking through. The HAPPY HALLOWEEN is on twill tape. Isn’t this SPOOKTACULAR?
It was fun sharing my morning with you. Sorry I can’t give you a taste of the awesome pumpkin bread we had, too!! THANKS Sandy for having us over!
I love getting together with friends to stamp! And we always stamp longer than we usually set the time for 🙂 CUTE stuff you all created!
We had fun, didn’t we?! Can’t wait for us to do it again! Great group of talented stampers!
Super cute!
