I am in charge of the craft for Brady’s Kindergarten “HARVEST” party next week. I have all these cute Halloweenish ideas, but because it is a HARVEST party it can’t be jack-o-lanterns, ghosts, witches, etc. It definitely had to be FALLISH.
ANYWHOOOOO…..this is what I came up with. Actually I found this idea on the internet. I just googled “crafts for 5-year olds” and this came up. LOL There is a full toilet paper roll inside the 22″ square piece of fabric. You just stuff the ends of the fabric into the hole in the center of the toilet paper roll. Take a corrugated piece of paper (3″x3″ rolled and glued), with a felt leaf tied around it with a pipe cleaner, and stick it in the toilet paper roll hole!
Once everything was cut out and ready to go, it took literally less than 5 mn. to make! I hope the kids (and moms!) like this! This is a great fast and easy “kid” friendly project.
This is awesome. I am sure both mothers and kids will love it.
