No stamping post, but this mama is SO PROUD of her son!!
This 4th of July was EXTRA SPECIAL!! Our son has been deployed since February. He finally came home (Charleston, SC) last Friday!!! What an awesome 4th of July holiday! His wife Shannon, is such a SWEETIE! She always does fun little things when he gets home to surprise him. She had this beautiful banner made and on the lawn for his arrival.
Brook and Shannon even made the NEWS that night! They filmed their reunion. You can view it HERE. (SHORT commercial before the news clip starts.)
I viewed the video –how wonderful! I love the way your son looked at his wife when she was talking-such love-simply beautiful!
That's so wonderful that he is home safe and sound. They looked great on t.v. 🙂 We thank God for how many people who sacrifice their lives daily to keep us safe. Hugs to you and your family!!
Lorri,
So happy for you. I know how proud of your son you are. He is one special guy I know, even though I have never met him. I just know how special you are and I know he has to have some of your best attributes plus serving our country in such a way he must be amazing. What a sweet daughter in law you have to. Love your family.
Thank you to your son for keeping our country safe. Your daughter-in-law seems like someone who truly loves & supports her husband. What a special family you have.
So glad he is home safe and sound. God bless him.
How exciting and what a relief it must be for you to know he is home safe!!! Great video too with a very cute couple! Glenda
Send along our 'THANX' for a job well done on our behalf. God Bless from Oregon!!

Be proud mama! Thanks for sharing. My son is in the Navy and I know how you feel:)
Congrats, Lorri! How exciting to have your son home! My brother will be home in 7 days after one year away in the Mideast as a USMC pilot! I am busting at the seams with excitement and can't wait. Please extend the thanks of our nation to your son for his sacrifice and service and to you and all your family for the sacrifice you make while he is gone. God Bless.
Karen
