Here’s a fun holiday treat for the coffee lovers in your life! The envelope on the outside holds a Starbucks gift card! The PDF instructions for this project (TOTAL OF 22 PROJECTS!) is located in my Cozy Craft Retreat PDF found HERE.
How about a Starbucks themed Christmas gift! Who doesn’t like a Starbucks gift card? This project is for sale on my blog. I came up with it last year, and updated it this year with new paper and stamps! Can you see where the gift card goes? It’s in the back of the Keurig machine.
NOTE: The PDF Tutorial for purchase shows the Halloween version. You just have to substitute the current stamps and paper – it’s simple to convert these patterns to whatever season you want!
Here’s a coordinating card and treat box for you! This print is great because even after the Halloween season, you can use it for the rest of fall, right up until Thanksgiving!
You know me, I love anything coffee related! Hope you enjoy!
Here are some tips!
Card base is Early Espresso cardstock
The lips were stamped with an old lip stamp set I had from years before (I’ll never get rid of it because I like to add lipstick prints to my coffee cup lids!)
Treat bag is a simple pattern I found created by Julie Davison HERE. Thanks for the inspiration, Julie! (I just made a straight top edge instead of the fancy rotary cutter she used)
Make sure if you have a pattern that the image is cut and scored so the pumpkins are upright! (Ask me how I know! LOL)
Another reason I LOVE Stampin’ Up is because you can DECORATE using your projects!
The first photo shows a project I made awhile ago, remember this post HERE?
I added the Valentine coffee cup candle to my 3-tier tray and it fits perfectly with the theme!
This tiered tray is one of my favorite decorating piece! I like to throw my small holiday items on there to make a centerpiece for my table! Many people ask me where I got my tray. Check out Painted Fox Home, they have the cutest decor items and a lot of different sizes and colors of these tiered trays!
Here’s a photo of my coffee niche, that I also decorate seasonally. You can see the smaller tiered tray on the right side. Can you tell I’m obsessed with Rae Dunn?
Just having a little fun with the holidays! Thanks for letting me share!
Come join me for a class, let’s get creative!
Don’t forget, it’s SALE A BRATION right now! FREE PRODUCTS! Check the catalog out on my right side bar!

Here’s some bag tags I made for some friends for our OnStage event earlier this month! It was fun to hear us “jingle” throughout the weekend!
The bag tags coordinated with the gifts I gave them, the Christmas Keurig Machine I featured on my blog earlier, along with a Starbucks gift card! The gift card rests in the back of the Keurig Machine. You can see it even closer on THIS POST.
If your order is under $150, please use the Hostess Code on the right sidebar. Thank you!
I love coffee anything and have been making these little Keurig coffee makers like they are going out of style!
There is a place in the back of the coffee maker to stick a gift card in. You can also add some chocolate or hot chocolate treats inside the mini cup!
This PDF is for sale on my “Tutorials for Sale” page HERE.
NOTE: If you purchase this tutorial, it is for the Halloween tutorial. But that’s ok, you make it exactly the same way! Just substitute different paper and embellishments to turn it into a different holiday!
I used the Be Merry Designer Series Paper with this project.
If you haven’t already received the July Tutorial Bundle, I recommend you get that! There are many beautiful projects in this amazing bundle! You can read more about it HERE, and find out how you can receive it!
We designers also offer a bloghop, showcasing a different project but using the same products we used in the PDF that you can earn or purchase. This is what I came up with, featuring the stamp set Coffee Cafe and Coffee Cups Framelits (you can save 10% if you order them together!) The shelf and awning are 3-D, but will fold down nicely so you can fit it into an envelope.
The bottom panel is 4 1/4″ x 2 3/4″ and scored at 2″. The awning is 4 1/4″ x 2″, and scored at 3/8″ and 1″. On one edge, die cut a scalloped edge using Seasonal Layers Thinlits.
Hope you enjoy this project! Hop on over to the next blog, which is Kylie Bertucci’s!
Starbucks has made is easy for papercrafters this year! It’s easy to wrap gifts from Starbucks this year, I hardly had to do anything to the packaging! Love that their logo is “CRAFTED BY HAND AND HEART” this year!
To make the bag, I just used the bag from the store, and scored 1 1/4″ on the 2 sides and the bottom. That makes their flat bag gusseted, so you can fit a wider gift in it (like their adorable ornaments this year!) The ornament I chose to give is their signature cup, and on the opposite size it has the state of AZ on it.
I added the coffee cup pattern below. You can decorate the coffee cup any way you want! Our Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper goes well with this theme! I used a real Starbucks “hugger” and just trimmed the sides down to match my coffee cup, then adhered it to the front. Same with the Starbucks logo, I just cut it out and adhered it with Dimensionals.
The sentiment or gift card goes on the part that slides out of the cup. The lip stamp is retired, but have no fear, a new KISS STAMP will be coming out in the Spring Catalog!!!!
Here are the dimensions of the coffee cup card. It is a little taller than 5 1/2″, so if you need this card to fit in an envelope, you may want to make it a tiny bit smaller. I didn’t put my card in an envelope, I just slipped it in the gift bag.
This is a photo of the inside piece that slides out.
This is the back of the same piece.
When you adhere the coffee lid, put a strip of Tear Away Tape ON THE VERY TOP EDGE. You can see how I can still lift the bottom party. This is so the coffee lid will slide over the coffee cup. It will make more sense when you create it and slide it in the coffee cup card.
You know me and coffee! Here’s an oldie but goodie with a fresh look using the new Emerald Envy card stock!
I just kind of eye-balled the pattern for this. The height is 5 1/2″ so it fits in an envelope. The lipstick marks are a retired stamp that I just couldn’t part with.
In case you haven’t noticed, I kinda like coffee…just sayin’…Here’s a coffee gift I made for my friend’s birthday. It was so fun to put together! Inside the basket you will find a candy bar (notice the coffee sentiments on the candybar! I found this at Target!), cookie with chocolate on 1/2 of it, gift card, card and envelope, Starbucks ground coffee, and a Starbucks cup (I forgot to take a photo of the cup by itself, but you can see another one I made HERE). I have a Silhouette machine that cuts out the label that goes around the Starbucks label that is already printed on the cup. The “steam” is out of Vellum Card stock.
Of COURSE it has to have a handmade card inside! I made a coffee themed card. This stamp set (Party Wishes) and framelit set (Cups and Kettle) is on the RETIRED LIST, so get them while they’re still here!
In case you haven’t noticed I kind of like COFFEE, so many of my projects are coffee related! Here’s a coffee card to get you through the holidays – a great card for fellow Starbucks fans. How about a gift card tucked inside here?
Coffee cup was hand cut. Coffee ring was made by stamping a Kerr jar in ink onto the card stock.
Here is a photo from Convention of the demonstrators who earned Founder’s Circle. I was BLESSED to be among them! We got pampered this past weekend in St. George, UT. The BEST part of this weekend was seeing all the friends I have met over the years!
One special friend is Becky Roberts! 🙂 I always look forward to our time together. Becky is a ROCK STAR at Stampin’ Up and it’s so fun to get to spend quality time with her at this event.
We do a little gift exchange at Founder’s Circle. Because her birthday is around the corner (and there’s NO WAY I could ship this to her without it getting ruined!) I decided to give her birthday gift a little early. Both she and I share a LOVE for coffee, so I couldn’t resist putting together a coffee themed gift.
Here is the gift basket with everything in it.
This was the card I made her. Stampin’ Up doesn’t have a coffee cup stamp like this anymore, but that didn’t stop me! You just have to think outside of the box! The new corrugated paper works great for coffee huggers on cards!
The next item was a MINIATURE shopping cart! If you know Becky and follow her blog, you know she has a fettish for shopping carts! LOL Inside I made a paper bag pattern (just found one on the internet and shrunk it down to the size I wanted.) Inside is a wrapped package of Altoids, which you need after drinking coffee so you don’t have coffee breath. LOLThe next item was a TEENY TINY coffee cup card. No pattern for this, I just kind of cut it as I went along. It fits inside the Curvy Keepsake Die, which I cut out of a windowsheet. This cup card is about 1 1/2″ tall if I remember right! I put real coffee beans on the bottom to go with the theme. On the inside is a charm that looks like a Starbucks logo that will fit on her Pandora bracelet.
The next item was a couple of sugar cookies I made. I found a Starbucks logo cookie cutter on Etsy HERE. The trick to making these cookies is to use a shortbread type recipe so the dough won’t spread out when you bake it. I tried a couple recipes and my favorite one was found HERE.The next item was a coffee cup with her name on the logo. I bought these from Groupdealz. I have been watching for these to come back on their site because I want to order more, but no such luck. 🙁 I think you could make this with an ecutter and vinyl if you wanted to. Inside the coffee cup was dark chocolate chocolate with an espresso bean inside. I found the candy at Trader Joe’s. Hope you enjoyed these!
