Here’s another project from the Cozy Craft Retreat! Each layer has Dimensionals behind it to give it a 3-D effect!
It’s hard to see in the photo, but I also die cut the snowman (again) out of Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer paper to give him some sparkle!
