For my project I chose a “Just Moved” theme. The tutorial for this is FREE, keep reading on!

From the front it looks like a house, but when you take the roof off, there is your card/sentiment/gift card inside!The front of the house has a flower box that is 3-D. The flower box will actually shift to either side and lay flat so you can easily mail it. It’s hard to see the detail in this card, but the front has score lines on it to make it look like siding.

There are MANY reasons to send a card like this!
– Announce your MOVE, and include your new address inside the card
– THANK YOU for realtors to send clients, thanking them for their business
– WELCOME to your new home card- Creative way to give a GIFT CARD for a house-warming gift

    This card is so great! I love it~ I gotta try and make one and if really good- show it to a friend who is always looking for fun little ideas to give her customers. She is a bank VP and sends thank you notes to people buying houses and using their bank. Thanks for the inspiration~
