Here’s a project using the “Gift Enclosure Pack” on page 194 of the big catty. It is precut, and prescored! You can add a gift card inside! I made a belly band for the outside.
I used the Scalloped Tag Topper on one end of the belly band.  The outside of the card was stamped using “Flower Patch” stamp set.
