Here’s a card we made at my team meeting last month.
The ornament is actually RAISED from the card. I used a “cotton ball puff technique” that I found on Deb Valder’s blog. Her YouTube video for this technique can be found HERE. She is so creative! I can’t get over all her cool ideas!
