The April Paper Pumpkin is going to be a HIT! The deadline is TODAY (APRIL 10th) to sign up. This kit is called Lakeside Retreat and coordinates with the Relaxing Waterside stamp set in the new catalog.

All aboard… our next creative journey is about to depart!
Now that the Phoenix Cozy Craft Retreat has pulled into the station, it’s time to set our sights on the next magical destination… Tucson on Oct. 23rd – 24!
Mark your calendar and have your conductor’s watch ready… registration opens April 11th at 8:00 AM sharp. There will be just one boarding window, and as you know, when many eager passengers arrive at once, the system can get a little… finicky. If the doors don’t open right away, don’t worry, just keep trying… your seat may still be waiting for you!
I’ll be sending out the boarding link the day before on Facebook, in my newsletter, and on my blog so you’ll be ready when it’s time to hop aboard.
And for those who prefer to enjoy the journey from home, a few Cozy Craft Retreat Kits to Go are still available… just let me know if you’d like one reserved in your name.

Here are instructions on signing up Saturday for the In Person Phoenix Cozy Craft Retreat.
Once you click on the link at 8:00am, just add the event to your “cart” and check out. You will not be paying on this page, you are just securing your spot. You should receive a confirmation email if you got a spot. Then I will get in touch with you for more information, and also to collect payment from you via Zelle or Venmo.
Important: Your seat is not guaranteed until the information we send you is submitted and payment is received.
If the computer says something like no spots available, that means it is full and sold out. You can contact me to find out how you can get on a wait list, sign up for a kit to go, or register for our Tucson event.

This card we made in class showcases how beautiful the Designer Series Paper can be when it takes center stage. I used the Simply Beautiful Designer Series Paper as the focal point, letting the pattern do most of the work. The sentiment comes from the Reason to Celebrate stamp set, which has quickly become one of my go-to sets lately—I just love the bold font!
This is a great reminder that you don’t always need a lot of layers or embellishments to create a pretty card! It came together quickly and easily, making it a perfect design for when you want a beautiful card without a lot of fuss.
