Happy Veterans Day! SO blessed and thankful to live here in America! Thank you to all who sacrificed for us – past, present and FUTURE! This is my grandson Eli! #iloveamerica
Santa needs a little help here! This was another Holiday Extravaganza project!
Here’s how I made Santa’s boot, it’s from the heart punch!
These little bauble ornaments are the rage now! It’s so fun to build a little scene in this 2″ circle! I found the ornaments that split in half at Michael’s. I also found snow flakes to put in there so you can shake the ornament to get the snow flying!
I colored some snow on the tree using the white gel pen.
This is how I created the scene before it was glued together with Tombow glue. After you stamp the image on the Very Vanilla card stock, trim along the ground line. Then adhere to the Pool Party circle, lining up image to the underneath one. I cut out the scalloped circle with my ecutter!
Here’s Holiday Extravaganza Project #6. I LOVE Teneale William’s blog, she is one of the most creative ones out there! The minute I saw her card, I knew a CASE was brewing for the Holiday Extravaganza event!
In case you haven’t noticed I kind of like COFFEE, so many of my projects are coffee related! Here’s a coffee card to get you through the holidays – a great card for fellow Starbucks fans. How about a gift card tucked inside here?
Coffee cup was hand cut. Coffee ring was made by stamping a Kerr jar in ink onto the card stock.
This style of gussted bag and insert was shown to us at Convention this year. I turned it into a Christmas themed one! Picture some yummy Christmas treats or a gift in this little bag!
DSP is 3 3/4″ x 10″
Scored at 1″, 6″ and 8 1/2″
Ink edges of flower in Early Espresso ink
(Make sure if there are words on it you score in the right direction!)
I received a darling card in the mail from sweet Sandy Carlson with this fold. (THANK YOU SANDY!) I love making gift card holders and fell in love with this style of card! Here’s my version of it, using our new Christmas Designer Series Paper!
The Real Red card stock is 4 1/4″ x 11″, score at 3 1/2″ & 9″
The Very Vanilla card stock is 3 3/4″ x 7″, score at 2″ & 6 1/2″
The gift card is tucked in that flap in the 2nd photo.
Here’s another project from my Holiday Extravaganza event! Super simple card to make! There is regular tissue paper stuffed and adhered inside the gift bags.
I will be sharing projects from the Holiday Extravaganza that took place on Saturday! Here’s a photo of the holiday bags the girls received. Inside were the projects, plus lots of Stampin’ Up products! I found the bags at Oriental Trading Company.
Here’s one of the projects, a clipboard to showcase a Christmas photo (here’s my two grandbabies!) I found the clipboards online from Pick a Plum and Joann’s.
I just LOVE tone on tone cards! Here is a card I created for the Founder’s Circle swap last month. Every layer has Dimensionals behind it. You can’t tell by the photo, but there is even more bling (Dazzling Details Glitter) on the snowflakes in the background. The sentiment is embossed in silver.
I received a card like this at Founder’s Circle from Cynthia Millan. I turned it into a Thank You card for after the holiday. This photo doesn’t do it justice! The whole card front is shimmery and I used Iridescent Ice embossing powder.
Cynthia has an awesome video tutorial on how to recreate this card. You can find it HERE.
I received a bag similar to this at Founder’s Circle this year. I added gold glitter paper instead. Those bags are so versatile and can be used for ANYTHING! Cute way to wrap a gift card with a regular card!
