Winter Snowman Card

watermarked-photoShaker cards were never so easy with the foam strips by Stampin’ Up!  I dare you to give them a try!

Nugget Snowman

Fun little snowman made with Hershey Nuggets!

The little “tray” that holds the nuggets is a piece of Cherry Cobbler card stock that is cut 4″ x 1 3/4″ and is scored 3/8″ from edge of long side (on each side).

The bag is a Pretzel bag from a local craft store.

Another Round of Weekly Deals PLUS SNEAK PEEK of NEW PRODUCT!

Here are the deals for this week! LOVE IT!

These little snowmen made out of a tea light made the rounds last year. Becky Roberts was the first person I saw make these and I fell in love with them! The link to this project, and tutorial, can be found on her blog HERE.

I decided to turn mine into a tag, using an upcoming NEW PRODUCT in the spring catalog. The product is called a Scallop Tag Topper Punch. You can make any size tag you want! Just cut the cardstock width 2″ and slide it into the punch! The punch makes the scalloped edge and hole at the top! This punch will be available on Jan. 3.

The sweater trim is on sale on the clearance rack now HERE. I don’t think it will last long! Get it now while it’s still there! (I missed out on this last year!!!!)

IMG_0035 copy Here’s the back side of the tag. I punched the hole with a 1/2″ circle punch so you can have access to the on and off switch.IMG_0037 copy

I plan on adding these tags to some special gifts. As I hand them the gift I will turn the tea light on.

Weekly Deals and Snowman Project

Take a look at the Weekly Deals today that started today! 1469958_10202027286997870_575796438_nIMG_0391 copyHere’s a couple more coffee cup ideas for you that you can use all winter long! Inside the cup I added “fixings” for hot chocolate.

The first one you may notice the “Snow Day” snowman is super small. Thanks to my awesome downline Sue Parker, she shrunk him down in MDS so we could fit him on the cup! THANKS SUE! The arms are just free-hand and bent out so they are a bit 3-D
