Here are the Stamp Club projects for April and the recipes.
Stamp Set: She’s All That
Paper: Real Red, Basic Black, Whisper White
Ink: Basic Black
Accessories: 5/8″ Real Red Grosgrain Ribbon, Black Gingham Ribbon, Paisley Cuttlebug, Bo-Ho Punch, Non SU Silk Flower, Jewel (cell phone sticker jewel LOL)
This card is a “Scratch and Sniff” card. Through trial and error, the final recipe for the scratch and sniff orange was 1 part embossing powder (clear) and 1 1/2 parts Kool Aid. I tried Crystle Light and Jello but they didn’t smell as strong as the Kool Aid. I stamped the orange in Pumpkin Pie Classic Ink, then colored ontop of the orange with the embossing pen, then sprinkled the embossing concoction ontop, then embossed. Voila!
Stamp Set: Tart and Tangy
Paper: Wild Wasabi, Pumpkin Pie, Whisper White, Summer Picnic DP
Ink: Pumpkin Pie
Accessories: Scallop Punch, Circle Punches, Paper Piercing Tool, Double Stitch Wild Wasabi Ribbon, Cuttlebug Swiss Dot (used the “wrong side” because it looked more like the skin of an orange peel.)
This was our 3-D item. It is a pen dipped in micro beads. The first time I saw this was at our weSTAMP meeting, and Linda showed us how fast and simple these were to make!
No stamping on this one!
Paper: Cutie Pie DP
Accessories: Mirco Beads, Contact Paper, Bashful Blue and Certainly Celery Grosgrain Ribbon, Pens from Walmart (5 pens for $2.38). I like these pens because they have a little bit of a bigger barrel, which shows off more DP!
ANOTHER fantastic group of projects! You must make your customers so very happy!
Lorri I love these cards!! Great Work!
