Here are the projects we made this month for my Girl’s Day/Night Out.
This card was a case of Amy’s card. Her blog can be found HERE. It amazes me how people get SO CREATIVE with these punches!!!

Accessories: Oval Scallop/Large Oval/Small Oval/Horizonta Slot Punces, 5/8″ Chocolate Chip Grosgrain Ribbon
Jan Sannes did a card layout that I really thought was clever. Her layout can be found HERE. I just substituted some different colors and stamps and came up with this.
The picture below shows the card opened a little bit. You can see how the 3rd circle is a “peek a boo” punched out.
This was a tribute to Father’s Day (or a masculine birthday card, if you prefer.) I am in love with that faux wood look. I did another faux wood card for our weSTAMP swap last month, which can be found here. (Scroll to the bottom) If you want to see how SIMPLE it is to achieve this look, head over to Dawn’s Stamping Thoughts blog and there is a video on how to do this! You can find the link HERE.
Stamp Set: Totally Tool
Paper: Chocolate Chip, Naturals Ivory, Creamy Caramel
Ink: Chocolate Chip, More Mustard, Creamy Caramel, Whisper White
Accessories: Twill Tape, Screw Brads (I can’t remember where I ordered these from off of the internet!!), Ticket Corner Punch, Piercing Tool
The colors I used for the “faux wood” was creamy caramel cardstock as the base. I then ran the colors: chocolate chip, creamy caramel, more mustard, and whisper white ink pads across it.
These dresses are popping up everywhere on SCS! The card I cased was designed by Lisa Freeman and can be found HERE. (Warning her blog is ADDICTING! LOL)
