I saw the idea to put Bella in a gift box on Pinterest (traced it to Dani Tauzin’s card), LOVED the idea and played around with different paper. Which do you prefer?
I’ll put the recipe below for the first card. Here’s another version, using Pick a Pattern Designer Series Paper.

I chose the stamp set “Spooky Cats” and came up with this little test tube holder. It is an easel holder type project!
Here are some instructions to help you create this project!
Basic Black card stock is 7 3/8″ x 2″ and scored at 2 7/8″, 5 3/8″ and 6 7/8″
Another Basic Black card stock piece is 2″ x 2 1/2″ (this is the base of the easel)
Designer Series Paper is 4 5/8″ x 2″ and scored at 1 1/2″, 2″, 3 1/4″ and 3 3/4″
Fold black card stock on score lines and adhere together as shown above to make the “easel”
The triangle part will be adhered to the base of the easel
Punch the top of of the Designer Series Paper using the Scallop Tag Topper Punch (it’s the side that is at the 1 1/2″ score line)
Fold this on score lines as shown below
Punch a 3/4″ circle on 2 of the score lines as shown above
Adhere this to the front of the easel
Cut a 5″ piece of Striped Ribbon
Lightly sponge the ribbon using Early Espresso ink – this will change the bright white color in the ribbon to more of a Very Vanilla look and will go well with the Designer Series Paper color
Slip the ribbon through the hole at the top and tie with some Very Vanilla Solid Baker’s Twine
Stuff some treats in the test tube and slide into the punched circles
Stamp the sentiment on to Pumpkin Pie card stock and die cut using the tag from the Seasonal Tags Framelit Dies
Tie the tag to the test tube using the Black Vintage Crochet Trim
Be sure and visit Tanja Kolar’s blog for an awesome project!

Fun fold card featuring Bike Ride Bundle! This layout is fun because the inside sentiment piece is hidden behind the front panel.
The card base is 11″ x 4 1/4″. Trim this piece to 8 1/4″ x 4 1/4″ and scored at 5 1/2″. Save the little piece you cut off for the Night of Navy panel on the front. You don’t have to do any trimming to that piece, because it is 2 3/4″ x 4 1/4″!
The words “Stampin’ Up” are pretty common around our household. I had some stamps out from a class I had last week (and didn’t have time to put my mess away…..) The next day I had my grandkids, so Stella wanted to do some paper crafting. My heart leaps with joy when she wants to stamp!
When my daughter came to pick up the kids, Stella proudly gave her the project she was working on. She told her mama, “Look what I “Stamped Up”! Oh my gosh, I MELTED! How sweet was that? Kiddos hear every word we say!!!
I think the easiest way to pick up tiny little pieces that will go on your card is to simply put a glue dot on the end of your Paper Piercer!!!!
This was a card for my Stamp Club this month. I just can’t get enough of that little bear! The honeycomb embossing folder works well with this stamp!
I love watercoloring with this stamp set. My favorite way to watercolor is like this:
Use Watercolor paper (it doesn’t warble and you can keep going back to tweak it!)
Drop some reinker on an acrylic block to make your color palette
Go over the whole image in a really light color/layer with re inker and Aqua Painter
Let the ink dry completely, then go back on one side and make it darker for some shading – if there is a hard line where the light and dark lines meet, just blend it with a little more water in your Aqua Painter and it will disappear
For the beehive, I did a really light layer of Crushed Curry, then went back with a bit more to make it darker on the left side, then went back again with a little bit of Soft Suede ink to make it darker yet!
I added my own dashes to the bees inside the card using our Journaling Pens. They are unlike any other because of their fine tip! I love them!
One of my downline, Jean Piersanti, hosted a cookie class! We had so much fun learning some helpful tips in decorating cookies and how to stamp on them!
It’s super simple, use your favorite cookie and icing recipe. Let the icing dry completely. Then color your stamps using an edible marker like this. They can be found HERE. Stamp the image on your cookie. It’s as simple as that!
This Little Piggy stamp set is perfect for this! I colored him in using Edible Pink Dust Powder with a brush found HERE.
Notice the cute little pizza box, which will be available in the new holiday catalog coming out Sept. 1st!
