Graduation is the name of the game today! It’s so fun to tailor graduation cards to their school colors! It’s all in the DETAILS! THere are a few of these types of cards on Pinterest, which I was inspired by, but I always try to tweak it a bit to make it a little bit of my own. I have made a Project Sheet for you to help you create this card!

Here’s a graduation card that would be fun in your favorite school colors! I just hand cut the graduation cap. The background has large polka dots in it.
Here’s a gradution card we made at my Girl’s Day/Night Out class last month. I was totally inspired by Helen’s card on her blog HERE. You can substitute your school colors to make it even more personal!
Stamp Set: En Francais, Teeny Tiny Wishes Paper: Basic Black, Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White, More Mustard, Crumb Cake, Basic Gray Ink: Crumb Cake, Basic Black Accessories: Owl Punch, 5/8″ Basic Black Satin Ribbon, 1/8″ Basic Black Taffeta Ribbon, Square Lattice Embossing Folder, Dimensionals, Dauber
Extra Instructions: The diploma is made with computer paper (easier to roll). Use dauber to ink edges of owl in basic black. Wings are made with the scallop oval, just trip some off the top and place the whole thing behind the owl. Dimensionals are behind the En Francais and black squares to make it pop.
Here are some graduation gifts I made. I found the pattern on Nancy Morgan’s blog, which can be found HERE. This is a fun project!! The graduation cap is actually a box, and the “check” ($ gift) looks like a diploma. The card is a small 2 1/2″ x 2 1/2″.
