This unique tape measure features a measuring tape that retracts out of the base. You just pull on the tab to reveal the sentiment and ruler. When you let go of the tab, the ruler will automatically spring back inside the base! Here’s a photo with the ruler pulled out.

You may have seen these desks on SCS. I didn’t create the original idea. They are quite easy to make if you have the Matchbox die. All you do is fold the diecuts into boxes and then stack them.
However, what if you DON’T OWN the Matchbox die? You can still make these desks! I have another tutorial ready to go!
The desk posted here has more of an “office” feel to it. (Plus you can make it look masculine and turn it into a gift for the “man” in your life!) I have stuffed the drawers with chocolate, paper clips, and desk type items. You may want to include a small gift card to your friend’s favorite restaurant, or a Starbucks giftcard in one of the drawers. You can get creative with the computer screen and stamp or write your own personal message on it.
