I always look forward to fall birthdays because I can combine some of my birthday stamp sets with the NEW FALL PRODUCTS! I fussy cut the pumpkins and adhered with Dimensionals. To achieve the eclipse technique, die cut the sentiment Happy Birthday out of the Designer Series Paper, then adhere using Dimensionals right in the same spot that you cut it out of!
October is official birthday week in our family! There are actually 4 birthdays in a one week span!
Stella starts off the birthday week – she turned 4 this year! My daughter and her family took the kids to Disney for their birthdays, so of course I needed to come up with a Disney themed card and gift!
Here’s a tag to coordinate with the polka dot wrap. It’s just a 2″ Circle for the head with two 1 1/4″ circles for the ears! I created her name using my Silhouette machine.
Stella’s so excited for DISNEY!
Reese turned 2 just a few days later, here she is at Disneyland!
Next birthday was Eli, who also turned 4! He LOVES sharks, so of course I had to make him a shark card! I found the pattern online HERE and cut it out with my Silhouette machine! It’s SO COOL!!!!
Here’s Eli, my one and only grandson! (We have 5, almost 6 grandkids and only one boy!)
Last but not least, my beautiful mama! We celebrated big a few weeks ago in Flagstaff, but still got together again on her real birthday. What’s a birthday without a pazookie dessert? She was so sweet and SHARED!!! LOL
This card was near and dear to my heart because our logo for the weekend was the Christmas pick up truck with the tree in the back. I can’t get enough of that Festive Farmhouse Designer Series Paper, which was used on many of our projects!
Here’s another card from the All Occasion Stamp a Stack at the retreat. I used the Hand Delivered stamp set, and stamped the girl holding library books. Then I cut different Designer Series Paper and covered up the library books to convert this into a birthday card!
Still a lot more photos to come!
Here’s another card using Hand Delivered! Do you think I kind of like this stamp set? I have even more to share with you but you’ll have to wait until after my Cozy Craft Retreat!
I made a PDF so you can figure out how to make the boxed gift on the inside. You can view it here: Birthday Card
Don’t forget, this stamp set is available as a Host incentive for placing an order over $150. To top it off, for every $50 spent this month, you also receive a $5 coupon good for next month!
ENJOY!
My sister in law turned 50 last month, and here’s the card I made her! I’m so sorry those number framelits are retired. Those are KEEPERS! I didn’t get rid of those because those are classic and I will use them forever! I love this layout because you can make it feminine, masculine, or even “kiddish”! Just change the background color!
You can still create this card by tracing numbers on to your cardstock and fussy cutting out, or if you have a Silhouette machine, that works, too!
I hand made my banner, just snipped pieces of cardstock and popped up the center part! Super simple!
My daughter, Brittany, turns 30 today, and we will be in Alaska when that happens!!!!
She’s such a sweet blessing in my life! And look at the adorable grandchildren she and her hubby came up with! Baby girl #3 will be coming in December!!!
Here’s the card I made her. I was inspired by a card that was for sale (not handmade) and did my best to sketch it out. I’m not very creative that way!!!! (I hope she doesn’t look at my blog today!)
The embossing folder (Tufted) is SO VERSATILE! I love how it makes the bed look fluffy!
Most of the cardstock was also sponged around the edges with the matching ink.
The cucumbers were punched from Soft Sea Foam cardstock and then sponged with Granny Apple Green ink. I made little lines in the center of the cucumber using the Soft Sea Foam marker.
My Paper Pumpkin turns 5 years old! If you subscribe by March 10th, you will receive a FREE GIFT with your subscription, along with a specially designed one-of-a-kind box! You can subscribe HERE.
One can never have too many birthday cards, right?
I off-set the Happy Birthday cut outs – Berry Bliss cardstock is underneath the Basic Black cardstock, off-set by about 1/8″.
I was inspired by Carol Payne’s card HERE! She is soooo creative!
This is a great way to use the larger print in the Picture Perfect Party Designer Series Paper collection! These cards are fast and easy!

Head on over to Wendy Cranford’s blog to see her creative project and blog!
I love the fold of this card! It’s so fun to use Designer Series Paper, and when you use small amounts, you can make so many more cards! We used this style at my team event a couple weeks ago. Think of the possibilities with this design!
