February weSTAMP Meeting

WOWZA, what a GREAT gathering we had this evening! There was lots of excitement!

We started out the evening as usual, with a great make and take, provided by Pam. Isn’t this a great color combo? Love the make and take we did!

Tammy made the doorprize. What a PRIZE it was! Great wedding idea with wedding season coming up!! There’s that new stamp set! Inside of the wedding themed giftable:
Our swap theme for this month was using ANYTHING from the Sale a Bration brochure. That included paper, ribbon, OR stamp sets! Here is what the gals came up with:
Linda (our newest weSTAMPER, WELCOME LINDA!):

Lots of ideas with nuggets on SCS, but the one that inspired me the most was Becky Robert’s, which can be found HERE:

January weSTAMP Meeting

Our weSTAMP group met last night. We were BUZZING because it has been a month and a half since we last met, due to the holidays. We had such a great evening, and it was so nice to see everyone again.

No meeting is held without some awesome treats. Look at what PAM made! They are almost too pretty to eat, and they almost look like “stamping style” cupcakes! They were as yummy as they look, too! Thanks Pam, for a wonderful snack!

Diana provided the make and take. She taught us how to make a “Waterfall” card. These are the neatest cards because when you pull down on the bottom part, the boxes you see flip up. It is an interactive card! I went to SCS and found a tutorial on how to make these. It can be found HERE. THANK YOU DIANA, for providing a beautiful card! Here is a picture of the one I made, showcasing a stamp set (Polka Dot Punches) from the Sale a Bration brochure.

Here are our swaps for January. The theme was a SIMPLE, demonstratable card with not too many layers or embellishments.Jessica’s swap:

Last but not least, the door prize! Nancy made this CUTE bundle of Valentine treats! Tammy was the LUCKY WINNER!! Isn’t it darling? She got a mailbox tin to decorate (with treats inside), an altered candy heart box with candy hearts inside, a photo holder, a paper-clip bookmark, PINK M&M’s, and a darling magazine holder with some small cards inside. You can find the directions for the magazine holder and cards on Nancy’s blog, iSTAMP.

weSTAMP Christmas Party

We had our annual weSTAMP Christmas Party last night. What a FUN time we had! Here is a picture of all who attended:
Back Row: Ginny, Pam, Lorri, Diana, Terri, Linda, Adriana, Tara, Jessica, Rachele
Front Row: Leah, Nancy, Cheryl

What an AWESOME BUNCH OF GALS!!!!

Besides all the great FOOD and visiting with FRIENDS, we decided to do a Shoebox Swap for the bulk of the evening. In case you aren’t familiar with this type of swap, this is how it works. 5 gals volunteered to create and prepare supplies for each gal in attendance (like a make and take). They put all the supplies needed for their project in a “shoebox” container, hence the name, Shoebox Swap.

Here are the projects that we made.

Tara:
Note the “LOVE” part of this card. There is an acetate sheet behind the punched out hearts. CLEVER!

Ginny:
Ginny actually provided a CHOICE for us! This is the treat box (filled with homemade toffee!) the other one was an altered box from Pier One and has a hot chocolate treat inside.

Pam:

Leah:
The rubber stamp image was “spritzed” with water before stamping to give it a water color look to it. This technique was featured in our Stampin’ Success magazine this month! WHO KNEW?

Lorri:
This is a refrigerator magnet made out of a coaster. I was inspired by Susie B on SCS. I will post her link as soon as I find it! #@#$^$%^#%# I hate that when that happens!!

Here is a picture of the door prize. Rachele made it. It is an advent calendar, which counts down the days before Christmas. Isn’t this beautiful? It is made out of a muffin tin!! The decorated circles that cover the holes are magnetic and that is how they adhere to the metal muffin tin. VERY CUTE! Nancy won this door prize. LUCKY HER!!

Nancy and I provided gifts for all who attended. Here is what each gal received.

Recipe:
Stamp Set: Deer Friends
Paper: Riding Hood Red, Bella DP
Ink: Chocolate Chip, Riding Hood Red
Accessories: Scalloped Envelope Die (used with the Big Shot), Scallop Circle, 1 3/8″, 1 1/4″, 1″ Circle Punches, White Gel Pen, Riding Hood Red Taffeta Ribbon, Alpine Ribbon (Handle)

You can find the tutorial on how to make these envelope boxes on one of my favorite bloggers, Dannie Graves. Her blog and tutorial can be found HERE.

The little “treat” that is inside was inspired by a candy treat found at Crate and Barrell. I saw it as an acorn with chocolate inside and immediately thought of the gingerbread gift we were putting together.

All you do is melt that candy chocolate that you find at Michael’s or JoAnn’s. Pour it into the cookie cutter (found the cutter at Michael’s) and make sure there is wax paper underneath it. Then i sprinkled some decorations on the hands and feet before it cooled. It only takes a few minutes before the candy hardens, then just peel it off the wax paper! Voila!

Last but not least, I promised I would post my recipe for the “Pumpkin Mousse” that I served. Here it is gals. It is a great fall/winter treat!

Pumpkin Mousse

1 medium container Cool Whip (Lite)
1/2 can pumpkin (15 oz can)
1/2 bag powdered sugar
1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 t. cinnamon

Combine Cool Whip and pumpkin with mixer. Add in rest of ingredients. Regrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with thin ginger wafers/cookies. (I found the cookies at Fry’s. They are SUPER thin Ginger Cookies, found in the fancy cracker section, not in the cookie section.)

October weSTAMP Meeting

I swear, half the fun of being a Stampin’ Up demonstrator is hanging out with these women who attend our weSTAMP meetings! Nancy Riley and I team up for our monthly downline meetings. We’d LOVE to have you join! It doesn’t matter if you are local or out of state, you can take part! Email me if you are interested in being a weSTAMPER!
We always start our meetings with a Make and Take. Leah provided an EXCELLENT project for us all. Our group continues to grow so Leah came up with the idea of some really cute name tags. We got to chose from SO MANY different papers, it was overwhelming!! Thanks Leah!

Here are the cards from our swap this month. Our theme was Christmas. WAY TO GO GALS! These cards are “TOP NOTCH”! (no pun intended LOL)

The winner was Rachele!! Basically the bulk of this gift was bought at my favorite store, Holland Boone. If you have never been there, it is worth a drive to Scottsdale to check it out! All I had to do to this gift was add some DP. I used Holiday Treasures for this.

September weSTAMP Meeting

I am so excited to share with you some pictures from our weSTAMP meeting last night! Nancy Riley and I team up with our downline members each month for an evening of Stamping, Swapping, SILLINESS (see picture below….) and Seriously Sweet-Treats! We had a fun evening.

You, too, can be a part of our weSTAMP group! Local or distant, you can join our group by signing up to be a demonstrator. As a matter of fact, there is a great incentive to join now. You can sign up for only $99! Please contact me and I can give you more details on this. We’d love to have you join our weSTAMP group!

Here we are with our dracula teeth, which was part of Tara’s swap.

Our focus at tonight’s meeting was hands on experience using the Big Shot. Ginny did a demonstration for us, along with an AWESOME make and take. We made these small folders that tell about the Big Shot. Inside you find folder pockets to hold some examples of things the Big Shot can do. We used MANY materials on the Big Shot tonight, including: designer paper, cardstock, cork, felt, vinyl, soda cans, and all kinds of fabric.

Here is a picture of our make and take. THANK YOU GINNY for a very informative and FUN project!

Leah was in charge of our 3-mn. demo this evening. She showed us all how to use the bleaching technique. Here is an example of what we got to make with the bleaching technique. This was an excellent technique to learn, that was new to most of us!

The door prize was made by Tara Hilde. Isn’t it beautiful? It is a backpack showcasing the Bella Rose DP. Inside was an altered clip. I was the LUCKY WINNER!!!!!! I was so excited to receive this! THANKS TARA!!!

And now to our swaps! These stampers are SO TALENTED! Wait ’til you see these!! Our theme for this month was Fall/Halloween 3-D item. Here they are!Nancy Riley:

August weSTAMP Meeting

Last night was our monthly weSTAMP meeting! Nancy Riley and I really enjoy hosting these. We had an awesome turnout and were SO BUSY all evening long! So without further ado, here are some projects and swaps we did!

This was our make and take, presented by Pam Wood. We got to practice watercoloring on this project. I am pretty sure Pam found the card on SCS HERE.

Here are our swaps. The theme was 2 6×6 scrapbook pages. AMAZING creations weSTAMPERS! Most of us are more into cards than scrapbooking, so I was curious to see how everyone’s twist to putting a layout together. You gals blew me away! Here are our swaps:

Ginny Schembri:

Pam Wood:

Jessica Blair:

Tara Hilde:

Diana Clarkson:

Linda Bickley:

Adriana Gray:
Terri Guymon:

Lorri Heiling: (I was inspired by this card HERE. I also saw a card from convention that had a sandcastle with the spiral punch for the top of it. Then MY HUSBAND actually sketched out the sandcastle for me on the right layout!! 🙂 LOL

Recipe:
Stamp Set: Pick a Petal, Everyday Flexible Phrases

Paper: Whisper White, Bashful Blue, Pacific Point, Kraft, Tangering Tango, Kiwi Kiss
Ink: Pacific Point, Tangerine Tango, Kiwi Kiss, Summer SunAccessories: Spiral Punch, Corner Rouner, Word Window Punch, 1 1/4″ Circle Punch, Dimensionals to “pop” some of the sand layers

Nancy and I gave some “treats” to our downline. The cover to the CD was designed and made by Linda Bickley. Isn’t it beautiful? Thanks for doing that for our group, Linda!

The CD was made by Adriana’s husband, Drew. He took all the photos from those of us who went to convention, and burned them onto a CD for us. THANK YOU DREW!! Get a load of the actual CD, and how everything is ETCHED into the CD! It says Stampin Up Convention, Celebrate 08. Then there are actual swapped cards scanned into the picture design, and etched into the CD. It is BEAUTIFUL! He is weSTAMPER’s MAN OF THE YEAR! LOL The CD is filled with photos of swaps, convention boards, the home office, and general “fun” pictures.

Here is a little thank you gift I came up with for Drew from us weSTAMPERS. I found the little Sock Monkey ornament at Cracker Barrel. Isn’t he cute? (Sorry Nancy! LOL) I still am undecided about that stamp set…. Anyhow, we all signed the inside of the card for making the CD.

We also gave the weSTAMPERS some little trinkets from Momento Mall. (For you out of town weSTAMPERS, sorry to spoil the surprise. Yours are in the mail and you will soon be receiving them!)
The first item in the bag is a lip balm holder. The directions can be found HERE. This is a link from Renee’s SCS gallery. There is also a pen included that has the Stampin’ Up logo on it. The bag topper was made with the Statement of the Heart stamp.

I got to make the door prize this month because I won it last month. This is what I made. I got the pattern from Jan Tink’s blog, which can be found HERE. I am a big fan of Jan’s, not only for her incredible talent, but for her SILLY HUMOR! Just visit her blog and read a few entries, you will be giggling!
I am going to be offering a class on this project next month. Check back soon for details. It folds up to look like a purse, but when you open it, there are many places to add your own creativity to! Just add some pictures, and there is also some room for journaling on here, too. The carousel notes pull out and more pictures or journaling can be added to these.

THANKS for stopping by!

July weSTAMP Meeting

Tonight was our monthly weSTAMP meeting.

We always start the evening off with a Make and Take. Nancy provided that for us this evening. We were so excited when we saw what was in store, a Box in a Bag! More pictures, and instructions for this awesome project can be found on Nancy’s blog, iSTAMP, which is HERE.

What a treat to have Wendy Janson join us. Wendy is Pam Wood’s upline. She lives out of state now, so it was really a blessing to meet her this evening! Wendy’s blog can be found HERE. She even swapped with us! Here is her card. (Our theme was a full card using a background stamp or wheel).

Here are the rest of the swaps. I am so inspired by all our weSTAMPERS! I always look forward to these swaps!!!

Another highlight of the evening is the door prize!! I hate to admit this, but I won it AGAIN! WOOOHOOO! Pam won last month, so she made this month’s doorprize. Isn’t it GORGEOUS!!! I LOVE this, it is an altered card holder box. Look at the 3-D letters on the top! There are even dividers inside box so I can organize my cards. I absolutely LOVE it and can’t wait to fill it with some more cards. PLUS it will look nice in my crafting area!! THANKS PAM!!

Thanks for stopping by!

weSTAMP Meeting

We had our monthly weSTAMPdownline meeting this evening. I love sharing what we make and swap!! Here are some pictures for you.

We always start the meeting off with a make and take. Here is a picture of a Gift Card Holder we made. This project was CASED from Jenn Balcer on SCS. Her tutorial can be found HERE. I tweaked the inside a little bit because I wanted to use the mini white bags. We also used a technique called “Rock and Roll”. I don’t do this technique quite the same as you find in most places. The way I do it is: ink up a solid type stamp with the lightest color first (in this case, the soft sky). Then take your dauber and daub it in the darker color (Old Olive), and daub lightly around the VERY EDGE of the stamp. I think this way gives a more subtle blending of the colors.

Recipe:
Stamp Set: Priceless, Everyday Flexible Phrases
Paper: Soft Sky, Soft Sky DP, Old Olive, Sahara Sand, Whisper White
Ink: Soft Sky, Old Olive, Sahara Sand
Accessories: Old Olive Twill, Brad, Dimensionals, Sticky Strip, Non SU white bag (on inside)

The swap theme for this month was a pocket card. Every month I say the same thing, “This was my favorite swapped cards.” These ladies sure are talented and VERY creative!!!! We always end the evening with our swaps, and it is one of the highlights of the meetings!

So……here they are!!

Adriana’s

Ginny’s

Diana’s

Mauna’s

Terri’s

Pam’s

Nancy’s

Here is the swap card I did with the recipe below:
Recipe:Stamp Set: Ahoy Matey, Matey’s Map Jumbo Wheel
Paper: Ruby Red, Creamy Caramel, Not Quite Navy
Ink: Basic Black, Ruby Red, Not Quite Navy, Going Gray, Creamy CaramelAccessories: 1 3/8″ Circle and Horizontal Slot Punch, Corner Rounder, Crystal Effects (on sword), Antique Brass Jumbo Eyelet, Dimensionals, Twine

For the “insert” I tore the edges and used daubers to ink the edges. Then I crinkled it all up to make it look like an old map.

We also played a little trivia game that Nancy put together. She had pictures of all the Stampin Up wheels and we had to identify the official names of them. Ginny got ALL OF THEM CORRECT except 2 of them!!!!!! Do you know there are 57 wheels???? Can you believe that? Here is the door prize that she won for getting the most correct. It is a Tart and Tangy “lemon” themed gift.
I made a bag topper to fit the candy “Lemon Heads”. I put a tag around some lemonade (can’t really see it in this picture) and then I made a card that simulates a glass of lemonade. Sorry, this picture isn’t the greatest. The yellow card part really is yoyo yellow, but it doesn’t look very bright in the picture.

Recipe: Stamp Set: Priceless, Tart and TangyPaper: Vellum, YoYo Yellow, Spring Fling, Whisper WhiteInk: VersamarkAccessories: White Embossing Powder, Dazzling Diamonds (simulates sugar at the top of the card) Here are the dimensions of the card:

Vellum: 5” x 5 ¼” (Score at 2 ½ plus 1/8”)
Yellow: 5” x 4” (Score at 2 ½”)
Straw: 3/8” x 2 ¾”

Attach yellow cardstock to vellum in the middle with 2 SMALL glue dots that are wrapped right on the fold line of the yellow paper.

Run a strip with a 2-way glue pen on the upper edge of vellum to simulate sugar. Sprinkle Dazzline Diamonds on the glue

Cut lemon in half and hang over edge of glass. Put a tiny piece of tape behind it to keep it in place.

Glue straw in place, making sure as you position it that it will still fit in your envelope. (Can’t have it sticking up too far!)

In the picture on my blog, I used versamark ink and white embossing powder, with the heat tool. I did another card just using white craft ink on the vellum (saves time). I like both as well, but you can definitely see the embossed image better than the white craft ink.
We also draw for a door prize at our meetings. Last month I won the doorprize, which meant that I had to make it for this month. Here is the project I made. I got the pattern from Jackie Topa’s blog, which can be found HERE. This is a stationary giftable. Watch for an upcoming class on this!

Thanks for stopping by!

MAY weSTAMP MEETING

The weSTAMP group met again last evening. We had a GREAT meeting, and lots of fun stamping. I know many of you look forward to the projects being posted, so here they are! These gals sure are coming up with some GREAT ideas!!! I so look forward to each month, and our weSTAMP get togethers.

We started off the evening with a make and take. Adriana came up with this awesome summer card. Isn’t it cute? There are stickles on each of the designs on the square. WE LOVE STICKLES! 🙂 We got to use the wheel guide, which many of us hadn’t used before. Thanks Adriana!

Here is the door prize that I was LUCKY enough to win!!! I am SO EXCITED! These squares made out of chipboard display the different kinds of designer papers, PLUS it is a card holder! This is going to be a great way to showcase the different kinds of paper Stampin’ Up offers. Ginny made this awesome door prize. THANKS Ginny, I absolutely LOVE it! (Now I have to come up with next month’s door prize because I won this month.)

Last but not least, here are our SWAPS! Our challenge was to use a sketch that was found on SCS. Here is the sketch we used:

Nancy’s swap:

April weSTAMP Meeting and Projects

The weSTAMP group gathered last night for a GREAT, FUN-FILLED evening full of stamping, business, food, surprises, and swaps! We have so much fun, I just get “GIDDY” at our gatherings! I could hardly wait to post our projects for you all here today!
Remember, you, too, can be a part of our weSTAMP group! It doesn’t matter if you are local or out of town. We have many out of staters who are connected, even if they can’t attend our meetings. The weSTAMP group is a perk for those of you who decide Stampin’ Up is a fit for you! I’d love to share more about this with you. Please email me if you are interested in becoming a Stampin’ Up demonstrator.

Here is a picture of the 3-mn. demo that Pam did for us! Pam’s blog can be found HERE. I wish you could see it in real life. It is GLITTERY and has BLING! What more could a girl ask for? 🙂 Not sure if you can see it, but the background BEHIND the butterfly is covered in Dazzling Diamond glitter. THANK YOU PAM for an awesome demo showing a new technique!

Each month we draw names for a doorprize. Whoever wins the doorprize has to make the next month’s doorprize. This month Jessica made it, and look at the DARLING Tart and Tangy Gift Set she made! The book that says “Friend” on it is an address book. Inside are index cards and tabs with the alphabet. (Sorry I should have snapped a picture of it opened up. You know how address books go, A-B, C-E, etc.) This book has BLING! Then she made a cute calendar on a coaster board. THANKS JESSICA! YOUR DOORPRIZE IS AWESOME!

Nancy (her blog can be found HERE) made these DARLING calculators for our downline. She purchased these for 99 cents at Staples. The plastic cover pops off and she put Stampin’ Up DP inside. She was able to cut the holes with the 1 3/8″ circle punch, and the small oval punch. We gave these to our downline who attended the meeting. THANKS NANCY FOR SPOILING US WITH THIS SURPRISE!

Diana, who is one of our new weSTAMPERS, was so SWEET and GENEROUS to volunteer to do our make and take this month! This is the first thing we do at our meetings, because everyone is arriving at different times. Look at her cute pocket card Diana designed, which also went with our swap theme for April, “Masculine or Father’s Day” card! THANK YOU DIANA FOR PROVIDING THE MATERIALS AND DIRECTIONS FOR THIS BEAUTIFUL MAKE AND TAKE!

Here are the swaps that our fellow weSTAMPERS came up with this month.

weSTAMP Meeting

Here is a group picture of the weSTAMPERS that came to our meeting tonight! What a fun group of gals! Want to join us? Let me tell you how to get started!!

We started out the night with a Make and Take, provided by Nancy Riley. She chose a card that was CASED by Carol Frerichs and her blog can be found HERE We used the chalkboard technique which can be found HERE We all absolutely LOVED making this card!
This card was made by Ginny. She really thinks out of the box! (No pun intended, there is a BOX cut-out on this card.) She did a great job pulling stamps from many different sets, and used these stamps VERY creatively! There is a surprise inside when you open it up, but I can’t reveal it now. Look at all these LAYERS!

This card designed by Anne, belongs in a FRAME! As beautiful as this picture is, it doesn’t do this justice. What you can’t see is these flowers are 2 and 3 layers! We’re talking these flowers are COMING AT YOU! LOL It is such an elegant beautiful card, love the colors, too. There are Stickles used throughout the card. Wish you could see how she cut around the bee antenna! Anne I think you could also be a surgeon! Thanks for taking the time to make all these one of a kind cards!

Nancy Riley came up with this “Girlie” purse themed card, which goes over well for Mother’s Day! This card will be awesome to show off the wonderful Stampin’ Up Punches! She used the round tab punch for the purse, 2 ovals for the handles, and the word window punch for the clasp part. LOVE this card Nancy! Thanks so much! Oh did I mention how much I LOVE Cutie Pie paper, too?

Diana is one my new recruits and made her swap debut tonight! Look at the elegant floral card. What mom doesn’t LOVE receiving flowes for Mother’s Day? What you can’t see is the 3-D butterfly that is POPPED with dimensionals and the wings are folded back a bit. She also used some Stickles on this card. The Happy Mother’s Day is embossed with glitter, too. BEAUTIFUL! Love the color comb on this one! Great job Diana! I’m so glad you have joined our group!

Pam did an awesome job with this card! She used Spring Fling for the designer paper and the stamp set “Always”. The swirlies in the bird has Stickles. Can you tell weSTAMPERS love the glittery look? What a fun springy card, PERFECT for Mother’s Day! Pam has GREAT ideas and she posts on her blog, which can be found HERE
I get so inspired by Pam! Thank you for your awesome card

I always look forward to Adriana’s card because I know the gals at my class are going to love her ideas. Ada used the Bo Ho Punch and One of a Kind set for this card. Those 2 products were made for each other so you only have to line these up one time! No cutting!! How great is that! I love the colors she came up with. She also made this card on confetti paper, which I haven’t even gotten my hands on yet! Thanks Ada for another great swap card!

Take a good look at this tulip!! It is from the stamp set Pick a Petal! How creative is that, to layer the petals to form a tulip! I had not seen that idea before! The tulip petals are popped up so they are 3-D. I love the polka dot theme of this card with the background paper. Very cute card with lots of layering. Ok, and I am very partial to BROWN these days. Love that grosgrain ribbon! Jessica you stamp as well as you cook! 🙂

I can’t wait to showcase this card at my classes, designed by Leah. Get a load of all the designer paper that is on display on this card! This is the Bali Breeze DP. What a bright, fun card for Mother’s Day! This is also layered to the hilt and there are dimensionals all over the place. I feel like I am at a 3-D movie! Love how she used the scallop punch 2 times, and the BLING in the center. LOVE THIS CARD! Thanks Leah, your swaps are awesome.

Linda made this card. When I first saw it I shouted out I HAVE THAT STAMP SET! I love it when that happens! I can totally CASE this and don’t have to purchase antother set! Linda used pastels to color in the flowers from Simply Said. I need to find those curly paper clips! Those are so fun and add to the card. She used the double stitched ribbon in purely pomegranite to decorate the left side. Any mom would “CHERISH” this card! Thanks for sharing your creativity with us Linda! Linda also did the 3-mn. demo at our meeting. I’m so bummed, I forgot to take a picture of it! She did beaded pens. I will try to repost that picture when I find someone who snapped one. Sorry about that!

Last but not least, this was the swap I did. I tried to simulate the sugary orange slice candies. You can’t see it well in the picture, but there is glitter all over the stamped orange pieces. The orange background is done with the Cuttlebug. I used the swiss dot embossing folder. I discovered something by accident. When I folded it over, I folded it reverse so the dots were on the INSIDE. That makes a REVERSE emboss.Well it really does look like the skin of an orange, so I kept it folded that way!! If you have this cuttlebug folder, give it a try, you will know what I am talking about when you see it done in person. It is SO COOL! LOL Oh the little things in life, simulating an orange peel! “ORANGE” YOU GLAD I SHARED THAT? LOL Ok, it’s time for bed here…..

February weSTAMP Meeting

It is SO LATE to be posting, but I am just so excited to share with you some pictures from our monthly weSTAMP meeting. If this looks like FUN to you, contact me and I will share how you, too, can be a part of this! It doesn’t matter if you are local or not, you can still be a part of our weSTAMP group and share ideas and projects!

Here is a picture of those who could attend this month. We always start with a make and take card.

This card was almost a TOTAL CASE of my sideline, CHAT. She is an incredibly talented stamper! Her origianal card is found HERE. I just changed the ribbon color. All the weSTAMPERS made this card tonight.

These next cards are the swaps that took place. I will write a brief description after each one. This first card was made by Anne. Oh how I wish you could see this card up close and personal! It is a TOTAL 3-D card, the butterflies about come off the card! The wings are folded back, and the oodles of flowers are all different dimensions. I don’t even want to figure out how long it took her to make all of these! I love how she used the corner punch, too. AWESOME SPRING CARD ANNE!

The next card was made by Linda. She did an envelope treat pouch. It looks hard, but she showed us how to use a punch to make this, and it is quite easy! She learned it on Splitcoaststampers.com I love the stamp set she chose (Blossoms Abound). Linda also did the 3-mn. demo and taught us how to make these really cool vellum starts that look like stain glass. She used that technique last month on her swap card, which can be found HERE. Great 3-D item, Linda!

Ginny is the creative mind behind this beautiful card. We all got our own PERSONALIZED card. She asked me the monogram of everyone in the group beforehand, and this is the result! The letters are embossed and the stamp set for the monogram is Lovely Letters Alphabet Set. I love how she incorporated the Porcelin Prints DP. Beautiful card Ginny!!

Jessica designed this CUTE baby card! Isn’t that the cutest little onesie you’ve ever seen? She painted that with watercolor. I am inspired to dig those out again, I don’t use those as much as I should! She used Berry Bliss paper for the pink/brown look that is so “IN” right now! Love the paper clip swirl….nice added touch to ribbon accessory. I also like how she did the duck tone on tone for the background on the pink. Thanks for a great swap card Jessica!

Here is the infamous Nancy Riley Card! She has an awesome blog found HERE. Watch out, you could spend HOURS on her blog! LOL Nancy and I do our weSTAMP meetings together. Here is her card for the spring swap. I love the look of the SAB So Many Scallops punch made into flowers, with the Garden Whimsy flower stems. The colors are in Groovy Guava and Rose Red. Nancy’s cards are always a gift in itself! Thanks for your inspiration Nancy!

This card was made by Pam, and isn’t it jus the cutest thing? She used Fun & Fast Notes, LOVE that set because you get EVERYTHING in that one! She added BLING to the flower with a silver rhinestone. There is so much detail in this card! What you can’t see is the bird is 3-D and the wing actually is bent forward a bit! Love the white floral background wheel that was used. Pam also has an awesome blog filled with creative projects HERE.

Leah is the designer of this card, which features the Designer Paper called CUTIE PIE! This is still my favorite paper pack in the catalog, LOVE the different color combos you can use with this set of paper. I also love that Leah used a PUNCH for the focal point! This will be a great card for a stamp class, very crisp and beautiful! It can be used for almost any occasion, so it is a very versatile card. Thanks for sharing your creativity with us Leah!!!

After talking with Adriana on the phone and hearing her idea for her swap card, I just had to get this stamp!! This stamp didn’t really stand out to me at first, but after seeing this card, it is a MUST HAVE. Isn’t this just gorgeous? I think her card is more beautiful than the one in the catalog!! WOW, can’t wait to CASE this one. She used Groovy Guava as the main color, and the stamp is the hostess set From the Garden.

This was the card I made for the swap. I fell in love with the one on SCS, which was posted HERE by Lauren Meader. I did this card in Soft Sky. The buttons were found at Joann’s.

Last but not least, the door prize was made by Anne. Wouldn’t this look great in a stamping room? LOVE the fun colors she used. If you look close, she used Stickles on the piece of ART! Some of the background paper lines are lines of Stickles! Great job Anne! You are an awesome stamper!Pam won beautiful framed art by name draw, so she will have to come up with next month’s door prize.

Hope you enjoyed the pictures!! Stay tuned, tomorrow I will post my Feb. Stamp Club projects. Ok, good night!
